THE ETHERIC VEHICLE (The Vital Body)

1. Life itself, the training to be given in the future, the conclusions of science, and a new mode of civilization, will all increasingly be focused on this unique (etheric) substance, which is the true form to which all physical bodies in every kingdom of nature conform.

...The etheric body exists in subtle etheric matter, and factually there is no true gap; there is simply the ignoring by humanity of an aspect of the physical body, which is of far more importance than the dense physical vehicle.

2. There are six major propositions which govern all consideration of the etheric body:

i. There is nothing in the manifested universe -- solar, planetary, or the various kingdoms in nature -- which does not possess an energy form, subtle and intangible yet substantial, which controls, governs and conditions the outer physical body. This is the etheric body.

ii. This energy form -- underlying the solar system, the planets, and all the forms within their specific ring-pass-not -- is itself conditioned and governed by the dominant solar or planetary energy which ceaselessly and without break in time, creates it, changes and qualifies it. The etheric body is subject to ceaseless change.

iii. The etheric body is composed of interlocking and circulating lines of force, emanating from one or other, or from one or many, of the seven planes or areas of consciousness of our planetary life.

iv. These lines of energy, and this close interlocking system of streams of force, are related to seven focal points or centers to be found within the the etheric body (the chakras). These centers are related, each of them, to certain types of incoming energy. When the energy reaching the etheric body is not related to a particular centre, then that centre remains quiescent and unawakened; when it is related and the centre is sensitive to its impact, then that centre becomes vibrant and receptive, and develops as a controlling factor in the life of the man on the physical plane.

v. The dense physical body, composed of atoms -- each with its own individual life, light and activity -- is held together by and is expressive of the energies which compose the etheric body.

vi. The etheric body has many centres of force, responsive to the manifold energies of our planetary Life, but we shall consider only the seven major centres (the seven major chakras) which respond to the inflowing energies of the Seven Rays. All lesser centres are conditioned by the seven major centres.

It can be seen, therefore, how exceedingly important this subject of energy becomes, because it controls and makes the man what he is at any given moment-, and likewise indicates the plane on which he should function, and the method whereby he should govern his environment, circumstances and relationships. If this is grasped by him, it will enable him to realize that he will have to shift his whole attention from the physical or the astral planes on to the etheric levels of awareness; his object will then be to determine what energy (or energies) should control his daily expression. He will realize that as his attitude, attainment and comprehension shifts to higher levels, his etheric body will be constantly changing and responding to the newer energies. These energies he will be will-fully bringing in; this is the right use of the word "will-full".

3. According to the point in evolution will be the extent of the area which the etheric body covers beyond the outside of the physical body. It may extend for a few or many inches.

4. Within the physical body, the network of the etheric body is to be found permeating every part. It is peculiarly associated at this time with the nervous system, which is fed, nourished, controlled and galvanized by its etheric counterpart. This counterpart is present in millions of tiny streams of lines of energy, to which the East has given the name of "nadis". These nadis are the carriers of energy.

5. The seven centres are not within the dense physical body. They exist only in etheric matter and in the etheric, so-called aura, outside the physical body.

6. The powerful effect of the inflow of energy, via the energy body, has itself automatically created these centres (the chakras), or these reservoirs of force, these focal points of energy, which the spiritual man must learn to use, and through the means of which, he can direct energy where needed.

7. This form or centre ... is related to all other forms and expressing energies in the environing space, and is automatically receptive to some, and repudiates others through the process of non-recognition; it relays or transmits other energies radiating from other forms, and it thus becomes, in its turn, an impressing agent (~ g: this, in part, explains the behavior of crowds, mobs, etc. If one is in the vicinity of an unruly mob and that one has unruliness within his aura, he will be attracted to the "energy" of unruliness pulsing through the mob and will probably join in. Those who do not vibrate to unruliness and anarchy will be repelled by this energy and will more than likely walk away from the riot. This not only applies to crowds and mobs but to one-on-one contacts between two human beings. This "invisible communication" is real and concerns not only human-to-human contact, but human-to-planet, -solar system, -galaxy and -universe).

8. The etheric body ... has one main objective. This is to vitalize and energize the physical body, and thus integrate it into the energy body of the Earth and of the solar system. It is a web of energy streams, of lines of force and of light. It constitutes part of the vast network of energies which underlie all forms, whether great or small (microcosmic or macrocosmic). Along these lines of energy, the cosmic forces flow, as the blood flows through the veins and arteries. this constant, individual -- human, planetary and solar -- circulation of life-forces through the etheric bodies of all forms, is the basis of all manifested life, and an expression of the essential non-separateness of all life.

9. The etheric body is fundamentally the most important response apparatus that man possesses, producing not only the right functioning of the five senses, and consequently providing five major points of contact with the tangible world, but it also enables a man to register sensitively the subtler worlds, and, when energized and controlled by the soul, the spiritual realms stand wide open also.

10. An understanding of what I have said, will lead the earnest student to a more practical application of his attitude towards his centres, and also to a fixed endeavor to make his sphere of radiatory activity more useful to his fellow men. The reason for this will be that his attitude will express the quality of the subjective Spirit and not the quality -- hitherto rampant -- of objective matter. Forget not that the etheric body is a material and substantial body (~ g: just because you can't see it, doesn't mean it isn't there), and is therefore an integral part of the physical plane; forget not that it is intended, first of all, to carry the energies of the emotional and of the mental plane...; that it is also intended to carry the threefold energies of the soul in the stage of consciously gaining experience; and that also, as the antakharana is built, it is intended to carry the energies of the Monad in the stage of consciously expressed divinity. See you, therefore, the beauty of the spiritual process, and the planned aid given to the sons of men at all stages of their Return to the centre from whence they came?

This is a very important post. If not understood, it should be re-read.  It is imperative that one should try, at the very least, to become familiar with the purpose, functions and abilities of the etheric body, even if not completely understood. This is a subject that is of immediate importance to anyone who wishes to make a smooth transition during the coming Harvest. The etheric vehicle must be vibrating at a very high level. This is why we are repeatedly urged to purify our thoughts, emotions and physical intake. This is why we are taught to recognize that Unconditional Love, Unselfish Giving and Selfless Service are the keys to attracting and building higher energies into the subtle vehicles.

If we play our cards right, this will be our new body in the Aquarian Age that is now upon us. Not only that, this will be the vehicle-of-transition between this old, physical existence and The New Earth that lies ahead. It behooves us to learn all we can about how the etheric body (the vital body) works and what can be done to increase its natural ability to receive and transmit higher energies.

Thoughts On The Etheric Double

1. the ether; the hypothetical medium formerly believed to fill all space and to support the propagation of electromagnetic waves

Sandwiched between our astral body and our physical body is what's known as the etheric double, or vital body. This is the vehicle that vitalizes and animates the physical body. It is an exact copy of the physical body. It may be better to state that the physical body is an exact copy of the etheric double. The etheric double cannot be seen with the physical eye. To get an idea of the relationship between the physical body and the etheric double, think of a glove lying on a table. It resembles a hand in that it has five fingers. However, it is motionless, still. It is not until one puts a hand into the glove that it "comes alive", that it moves, grasps and gestures. Using this analogy, we can say that our physical body is the glove, our hand is the etheric double.

One of the major functions of the etheric double is to absorb, transmute and distribute prana,  the Life Force, the vital energy that emanates from the Sun. Without this vital energy, the physical body could not "live". This prana is absorbed by the spleen chakra, which acts as a "distribution center". There, the pranic force is first specialized and then shipped to the other six main chakras. All of the chakras then transmit these energies along countless nadis, which act as highways for bringing the vital force to the farthest reaches of the physical body. 

It should be said that it is not the physical body that is vitalized, but the etheric double. Remember, it is an exact duplicate of the physical body. Thus, we have an etheric stomach, an etheric brain, etheric lungs, etc. The dense physical body is more like a covering for the etheric double. It is composed of chemical elements that are bonded together primarily through this vital energy, the life force. At death, the life force is withdrawn; the molecular bonds are released and the chemical elements begin to disperse. This dispersal is called decay. The etheric double lives on for a time, but that subject is beyond this basic discussion. 

The main function of the physical body and its organs is to sense impacts from the outside world and then transmit those impacts to the etheric double, or vital body. The etheric double then passes these impressions on to the astral (feeling, desire) and mental (thought) bodies for processing.

The etheric double uses the human nervous system to transfer the sensed impacts from the physical body to the higher bodies. The impacts from the objective world are sensed as vibrations of varying frequencies. The human sense organs (eyes, ears, nose, mouth, skin) transfer these subtle vibrations via the nerve fibers to subtle sensors in the astral body, like a relay system. The astral body, being the vehicle of feeling, desire and emotion, makes a decision regarding how it feels about the sensed impact(s) and then relays that feeling, desire or emotion to the mental body, where the mind makes a decision as to what action it wishes to take regarding the sensed impact(s).

It is of utmost importance that the etheric double be kept in the best condition possible. The majority of the illnesses we experience are a result of an imbalance or blockage of one or more force centres in the etheric double. Illness works from the inside out, not vice-versa, as our "brilliant" doctors and scientists want us to believe. Inharmonious vibrations will throw the vital body out of kilter. This is why we are urged to not drink alcohol, eat corpses or inhale smoke. Alcohol is a product of fermentation. Fermentation is simply a fancy word for decay. Animal corpses are, by definition, dead flesh. These too, are in a process of decay. Smoking serves to harden the etheric vehicle, making it less responsive and impairing its function.

The etheric double is a living vehicle, energized by the Sun's Life Force. It is the unseen force behind the active phenomena of the dense, physical body. One cannot supply this living, vital entity with dead, decaying, low-vibrating energies and expect to live a long, healthy life. It is impossible. Life cannot be nourished by death. Period. Yet man, in his stubborn ignorance, continues to eat, drink, feel and think the very things that will serve to bring him pain, suffering and ultimately, an early demise.

The etheric double is critical to what is about to take place on this planet. We are advised to familiarize ourselves with its nature and its function. (True) knowledge is power.

The Birth Of A New World

"TODAY, MANKIND STANDS WITNESS UPON THE EVE OF A GREAT WORLD TRANSITION. An unprecedented global metamorphosis is now underway which is accelerating all-round human development, bringing major changes to Earthly life and will presently lift humanity into a new era of higher awareness.

Time is measured esoterically in cycles, and on Earth the gateway to every new cycle, or age, represents a momentous milestone upon the onward journey and development of the human race. The old Piscean era has passed and all but concluded. The door leading to the next cycle: the Aquarian age, is now opening in accordance with the cosmic clockwork. As a consequence of such an epochal change, a fresh and vitalising spirituality is dawning for humanity, bringing hitherto unknown, fundamental and positive changes to our world.

Just as planets revolve around their local sun in each solar system, so every solar system revolves around a nucleus within its galaxy and, correspondingly, each galaxy itself as a whole is in constant motion. Our own solar system is presently rotating into a new magnetic field within the galaxy, and as far as our world is concerned this movement is responsible for triggering a previously unparalleled influx of rising frequencies of cosmic energy from the inner, more subtle densities* of space. These energies are engulfing our planet at this time in accordance with a mighty Divine Plan for the Earth, the solar system and beyond; they are radically affecting human consciousness and are precipitating very auspicious spiritual opportunities for mankind as a New World is about to be born.

* The term 'density' denotes a vibrational frequency of consciousness or plane of existence. The occult structure of the lower part of the universe in which we reside - the Cosmic Physical Plane - is most often described using a septenary model, i.e., seven ascending levels from the most dense or most material at the bottom level to the least dense or quickest vibration at the top. Each major level, or plane, can then be divided again into seven sub-levels. However, such clear-cut divisions are for conceptual convenience only, for in truth one level cannot really be distinguished from the next since the whole spectrum of vibratory frequencies changes by extremely subtle gradations. The most prevalent level of consciousness amongst the mass of human beings on Earth today, using the septenary model, is that of third-density approaching fourth.

The Earth transformation of greatest consequence will take place most swiftly and will be a tangibly objective result of that which has already transpired within the hidden worlds. The stepping up of the planetary frequency has, up to this time, been gradual and relatively subtle; its effects have even passed unnoticed to date by most people in the world. However, it is the rending of the veil between dimensions that is sudden, and not the developments of the preparatory stages leading up to the Great Shift; a shift which is now very close indeed.

The reader is assured that there is much truth underlying the various disseminations in the world today that pertain to the spiritual renaissance of the New Age, but the exact significance, true perspective and gravity of the times are being much distorted by the grasping minds and excited desires of mankind. There most certainly is a great storm approaching the Earth. This factual statement - the probable events of which were known and foretold by our prophets, saints and mystics thousands of years ago and heretofore - should be regarded as being closer to a euphemism than to an exaggeration. Like a rainstorm, one of the chief and concluding effects of the impending tempest will be that of purification, global purification.

Various purificatory symptoms of the current inflow of new energies are to be observed already in the world, and these will continue to manifest with increasing potency as the planetary vibration is progressively raised in compliance with divine order. This process of global purgation may be likened to that of a fever as it expels toxins from a sick body, and no one today can deny that the body of our planet is indeed ailing. However, for those who have prepared themselves due to their understanding of the present world crisis and opportunity, the new inflowing energies are and will continue to be responsible for many positive spiritual awakenings as they help to transmute human consciousness in readiness to receive new light. Consequently, and more than ever before, Love will be experienced and so given in the momentous times ahead by those who are able, and this is the goal of the transition into the age of Aquarius because since Love has ever been the harmonising and unifying principle of Creation, it is Love alone that will heal our planet and ensure the successful building of the New World.

Today, as the expanding frequencies of Love continue to exert tension from within the inner worlds - like a new germ-seed preparing for emergence from its pod buried in the darkness of the soil in springtime - a growing pressure is inevitably being felt by mankind all around the planet. This tension gives the impression that conflict and enmity is growing in the world, that greed and iniquity are escalating. While this is certainly true in an empirical sense, everything is in order, and only an appreciation of the larger picture is able to reveal the perfection of current and impending world events. For the husk that surrounds the pregnant seed is breaking apart in order to make way for new life".

Their Gift To The Future

THE SALUTATION OR PROLOGUE TO THE BRONZEBOOK (incorporated in the Kolbrin)

"Greetings, Unborn Ones, now asleep in the dark womb of the future. Greetings from we who were once as you are now and like whom you will one day be. We too hoped and feared, doubted and believed.

Were you choosing a gift from the past to the future, what would it be? The golden treasures hoarded by kings? The bright jewels beloved by queens? Is worldly wealth still so important to you? If that would be your choice above all else, we are disappointed, for our labours have been in vain.

Would you prefer the secret of life, of eternal youth? Have you altered so little from those who live and laugh today, with no thought turned towards the future? This thing which seems so desirable, were it yours would you value it? Would it never pall? Would you still be grateful for it after a thousand years have passed? The answer would be "yes" if this life were all, the beginning and end, complete in itself. But might not this life be no more than a prelude, an introduction to something infinitely greater? Is the riddle still unsolved, the secret of the ages still well kept, known only by a few, even when these words are read? How many generations have passed without progress? Does mankind still lie passive like driftwood upon the sea of spiritual apathy, driven back and forth by changeable winds and conflicting currents, making no headway?

Could we leave you the knowledge enabling you to live a life without toil, surrounded by every luxury and pleasure; a magic stone granting every desire, an all healing potion, the ability to fly or know all things on Earth, would any of these satisfy the desires of your heart and fulfil your dreams? We who lie so far back along the road trust you have progressed beyond such petty aspirations.

It is beyond our power to give such gifts, and were they ours to bestow we would withhold them, for unless a gift confers a benefit, it were better not given. With the wisdom of your generation, tell us, which of the things mentioned would really benefit you or even prove less bad than good? Or do you still remain unaware of your true nature and needs?

Who you are, how you speak and dress (are you even like us in form?) we cannot know or imagine. This alone we know as truth, you are brother beings of ours and travel the road we once trod. We share one destiny and have the same true goal, though perhaps no more know in your day what these are than do in ours. Like to us life comes to you unbidden, it is fraught with problems and difficulties; it alternates between light and shade, and like us you wonder what awaits at the end. You, too, are victims of Earth's delusions; you, too, find Truth and Perfection beyond your grasp and you, too, aspire to beauty and goodness. These things we know about you, these things must be or you would not exist.

Your needs are no different from ours, but do you now know with certainty what they are? Your life serves the same purpose, you are part of the same pattern, you are ruled by the same impulses and urges, but do you know why and to what end? We know you are without certainty and assurance about what lies beyond the veil of death, for these cannot be given while man remains no more than man, and doubtless like us you remain suspended between doubt and belief.

Our Unborn Friends, whatever your circumstances of life you are the children of the past and heirs of those who have lived and died. We trust you have no cause to reproach those who once held stewardship over your estate. But whatever you think of the heritage, you cannot put it aside, any more than you can refuse the obligations of life. Maybe it brings you the happiness and security, the peace and plenty we never knew. If so, this will remain unread, for to you it would be a wilderness of words serving no purpose. If you have so much, if you have progressed so far, nothing we could give would be of benefit. To the traveler, information about the road behind is worthless. If this is your state we hail you, we are proud of you, our worthy children of light, conceived in the long dark years wherein we laboured and ploughed our own short furrow. You have done well and our greatest joy would be to stand beside you as you exaltingly reach out for the crowning glory of godhood.

But you may be no more enlightened than we, in which case accept our offering as a token of our regret, our desire to make amends on behalf of those who preceded you, for if you remain lost in spiritual darkness the blame is theirs and not yours.

This we give you, The Hidden Books containing the accumulated harvest of wisdom and Truth garnered over the generations, the bread and oil which sustained us and never diminished. May they serve you in your day as well as they served us. Above all, may you be sufficiently enlightened to receive them, for today we are persecuted because of our books, and most who treasured and guarded them are now dead. We can only consign these books to the ground and destiny, trusting they will be called forth at the proper time and in a receptive generation.

These books, which we hand into the keeping of time, were written under the authority of revelation and inspiration. Containing Truth, their message cannot be attacked by time, for Truth is an eternal youth. We make no claim to exact and accurate statements beyond the possibility of error and misinterpretation, for words are frail messengers. They are fallible things unable to transmit accurately from mind to mind. Also, we cannot tell how they who resurrect the books will deal with the contents. They are written in letters known to the learned, but learning changes with the generations. These books are the glorious embodiment of Eternal Truth, but the words and expressions are unworthy garments so that misconception and misunderstanding are not possible. Words are servants of the fallible mortal sphere and when called upon to serve a realm of greater things prove inadequate. Therefore, be not like some petty-minded ones of our generation who say, "The letters are misplaced and the words ill used." They examine each blade of grass diligently, but fail to discover the purpose of the meadow. Such men lack insight and seeing only the bare letters say, "These tell me all, there is nothing more". We have a saying, "do not judge a place of instruction by its bricks". Wisdom, being eternal, doubtless this will apply no less in your generation.

So, Unborn Unknowable Ones, we humbly tender this, the gift of the past which we could not pass on otherwise. If you have advanced far along the road towards greatness, it will have no value; but if you still dally or have wandered away, lost in the illusive mists of worldliness and none answers your cries, then take this hand extending out of the past. It will guide you faithfully and well.

Down through the generations men have been persecuted, have suffered and died so that Truth and Goodness might prevail. Remember them. If the world is good, then your peace and pleasures have been brought by their sacrifices. If it is not, then you must not quibble over the cost to yourselves in making it good. Surely no torments and terrors in your days could exceed those of the past!

Farewell, Unborn Ones, with these few words we have reached from the day of the present into the night of the future. We have planted the seed, will it grow or rot in the ground? What crop will it produce? We cannot know. Let fate deal with it as it will, we have gathered the seed, flailed and winnowed it and kept it with every care. We have planted well, we can do no more.

May life deal better with you than with us. May you never be denied the comforting hand of hope. Farewell!"

The Kolbrin is a collection of manuscripts that appear to be of ancient Egyptian origin, which were salvaged from the Glastonbury Abbey (UK) at the time of its burning (1184 A.D.). The fire, which was arson, was intended to destroy these manuscripts but they were secretly housed otherwise than in the scriptorium and library at the time of the fire.

G.O.D.

"BUT let us consider more closely the discovery of God.The numerical value of G.O.D., according to ancient Kabala, is nine - the all of mathematics - no person is alluded to. If the statement, "I and the Father are one," is true, the "I" must be the Father manifested or expressed. As it is not possible to conceive of the Father except through expression, we must conclude that manifestation in some form of so-called matter is eternal - the great necessity - and has therefore always been.

It is quite reasonable to think that some oxygen and hydrogen has eternally existed in gaseous form, some in the combination that causes water and some in the concrete or concentrated form known as ice. Then upon the postulate that Spirit and matter - that is, bodily or material expression - are one, it follows logically that matter, including the physical body or temple of man, is as necessary to the Father-Mother principle while held in a given rate of activity or expression as this life essence is necessary to matter, or the physical structure of man. I see oxygen and hydrogen when I look at the manifestation we call ice. When I see water, I know just how oxygen and hydrogen appear when united. So when I look at any form of so-called matter, I know exactly how God appears at that particular time and place. I do not see the effect or works of God, but I see God, and just as much of God, face to face, as I am capable of seeing or recognizing at a certain time.

Step by step, the scientific investigator is being led to the threshold of the awful, absolute Truth, that all matter, or substance, or energy or force - call it what you may - is not only intelligent, but is Pure Intelligence itself. Atoms, molecules, electrons are but expressions of rates of motion of pure Mind, Thought, or Intelligence that man has personified and called God. Ice is not permeated with water, or controlled by water. Ice is water. Matter is not controlled by mind; mind and matter are one. A high vibration of mind does control, to a certain extent, a lower vibration of mind, as water, may carry a lump of ice here or there, water being a more positive rate of activity of the same thing. The particles, so-called, of matter know what to do. The atoms that compose a leaf know when to cohere and materialize a leaf, and they know how and when to disintegrate and dematerialize it: "Thou shalt have no other gods."

I hold in my hand that particular form of The One Thing called a rose. Material thought says it is made by God, or that God is in the rose or back of it, or that God caused or created it; but when Spirit, the I Am, asks where is the God that created the rose, where has he betaken Himself, material belief is silent. But hold a moment! I have here a bud, a half-formed rose. If God makes a rose, He must continue the work to completion. Ah, speak softly! Look closely! The rose is now being made, and you say God is making it. Yes, you said God made this full-blown rose. Well, then, He is surely now at work on this half-blown rose. Bring on your spectroscope, your miscroscope! Quick, now, you chemist! Bring on your test-tubes, your acids and alkalis, your spectroscope and X-ray. Analyze, illuminate and magnify! Now we shall discover God. He is here at work before our eyes.

What do you see, chemist? What do you see, scientist? Ah! I know what you see. My experience in the realm of matter and of Spirit tell me what you see. O thou stupendous sex force - sex - Days of Creation, thou Father-Mother, thou divine male and female, thou eternal positive and negative dynamis! We now behold thee operating. Out from the chemicalizing mass of God's creative compounds, out of the quivering, vibrating substance, slowly comes forth the rose. But are you sure it is a rose? Hold a moment. What is a rose? Of what material is it formed? Ah! the chemist speaks he of the crucibles and test-tubes and acids! Hear the chemist!

He says, "The rose is made from the universal substance," or "The rose is universal substance, in a certain rate of activity." Thanks! Blessed be the chemist! Universal - one verse - one substance - no other substance - God is the rose, or the smile we call a rose - God is again manifested in the great Eternal IT, for which there is no other name.

Job did not say, "I see the thoughts of God," nor did he say, "I can fathom the mind of God." The Plan cannot be seen; but that which is planned - a planet - can be seen. One may see the substance of God without understanding the Mind of God".

Don't Forget To Laugh

THESE are tumultuous and pivotal times. The magnitude of what is occurring and what looms just over the horizon can be overwhelming at times, to some. This post is to remind everyone that even though there is serious work to do and critical issues to face, we must never get so bogged down in the enormity of it all that we lose our ability to Love, Laugh and Have Fun.

Laughter is literally 'good medicine'. It is extremely beneficial for us on unseen levels, as it helps to relieve stress. Stress and tension are major factors contributing to the blocking of our chakras and other important centers of force. Such blockages ultimately result in dis-ease. If we wish to be able to effectively assist the Earth's cleansing process and our own self-purification, our force centres must be kept free of dross and blockages.

Laughter releases certain beneficent hormones. It boosts the emotions and helps to clear the mental arena. It is a wonderful release valve, as well as a helper in keeping humans youthful and vital.

Yes, we are facing Events of enormous proportions. Certainly, each may have a certain level of trepidation regarding what is going to become of the Earth and her inhabitants. Always look on the positive side. This is about Re-Birth, not Death. This is about creating a New Earth, not destruction. This is about Higher Evolution in the glory of a more Peaceful Realm, not hell and damnation. For all who have longed for and worked on behalf of Universal Love and Righteousness, these are Joyous times, indeed. Remember these things, and smile.

Then go out and have some FUN!. Yes, have a little fun in "the matrix". There are plenty of things that we can and should enjoy. The problems arise when we become overly fixated on the enjoyment that certain objects bring us. This is where wrong attachments can lead us back into the lower realms of materialism and selfishness.

No, enjoy whatever it may be, as long as it is not harmful to you, your fellow man, your fellow creatures or to the Earth. As you have your "fun", remember to give the experience to God. Don't hold onto it. Enjoy things in the moment and then say to yourself, "I am here enjoying this as Creator's emissary. Through me, He is able to Experience the wonder of His material Creation".

So, please...every now and then, do something fun.

And remember to laugh every chance you get. :-)

As an FYI:

We live in The Digital Age. We have been encouraged to conduct commerce via computer, move our money around by computer (actually, we don't have any money, we live by way of a system of debits and credits), pay bills by computer and retrieve our information by computer. The "Green Movement" has conspired to reduce paper use and increase our dependence on computers. In a related note, cable and phone companies are now desperately trying to get us to place Internet, phone and cable under one company/provider.

What does this add up to?

Consolidation.

Everything that is of importance to the normal functioning of nations across the globe is now completely dependent upon millions of computer servers the world over, which, in turn, depend upon electricity in order to function.

We should anticipate that when things begin to move into high gear we will see earthquakes, tsunamis, tornadoes, eruptions of "dormant" volcanoes, etc. There is a significant possibility that the following will result:

- Loss of electrical power, as grids and reactors go off-line
- Blackouts as failover systems overload
- Loss of electronic communications: cell phone, TV, Internet
- Immediate collapse of global stock markets
- Loss of refrigeration
- Transportation tie-ups due to damage
- Important digital records lost

In a few moments, civilization can be moved back thousands of years. It has happened before at the end of past major and minor cycles. 11,000 years ago, the last Atlantean island, Poseidonis, was submerged in a day and a night.

Do you know who "cavemen" really were? They were descendants of the survivors of the many Atlantean disasters who, over the centuries, lost touch with their highly-civilized heritage and reverted to "man-animal" status. That's what happens when a technological society is wiped off the face of the earth. Man is left with naught but his brain, his two feet and his two hands.

It has been reported that there will be a period of time when the entire globe, will "pause". During this "Null" period, nothing that requires polarity (negative, positive) will function. The Earth will literally "stand still". This is supposed to last for an indeterminate period of time.

It is impossible to prepare for a 'camping trip' of undetermined duration to an unspecified location scheduled for an unknown day or hour. The only thing that one can do is to try and keep abreast of what is happening and attempt to evacuate before the governments decide to close all bridges and roads (which are government property, by the way).

The most important things one can do will be to:

- prepare spiritually...beforehand, like now
- purify the body...beforehand, like now
- remain calm
- pay attention to your Intuition
- perform no act out of selfishness or fear

Remember, there is no death. If you have prepared sufficiently, served faithfully, loved unselfishly, the threat of the loss of the physical vehicle will not matter at all. However, there is every indication that those few who consecrate themselves to carrying out God's Will while in the flesh will experience A Great Transformation, and shall retain their physical vehicle, but in a higher form.

As for the Tribulations, all will be touched by them to some extent. We should prepare now for a short period of such an existence. Pick up on some survival tips when and where you can. The majority of humans are city-dwellers who wouldn't know a spruce tree from a shoe tree. At the very least, one should try to ascertain what plants are edible in his or her region, where certain gas lines are (these are going to erupt like the 4th of July), how close are you to a nuclear reactor, etc. If you have a safe location selected, you should also plan to have at least three ways to get there and a second location selected if the first is not feasible. These should be located in rural areas as far from urban centres as possible.

A meeting place for loved ones may, or may not be possible, due to possible bridge and road damage or roadblocks set up by the military-state government (they are going to try their best to keep everyone from leaving the cities). It may be difficult for some to leave loved ones behind. Such decisions will have to be left up to the individual.

Have a plan. Keep a bag packed. Obtain a small first-aid kit. Water, a few tins of canned foods and maybe a bag of rice. A small pot. Matches or other fire-making material. Batteries and a battery-operated radio (to use while it's possible). A couple of blankets or a sleeping bag. Cash will probably be worthless by then, but with no banks functioning, it may be advisable to try and keep a couple hundred dollars of paper money at home or in your survival bag. On the other hand, it may be best to not carry too much money as brigands could possibly be making their presence felt. Water will be scarce, so start storing up on it now, before the stores are emptied out. Learn to ration. Learn to eat less. Learn to live with less.

If you cannot manage to evacuate to a safer location, then keep your wits about you. Do not panic, follow your Intuition. Remember, "not a sparrow falls...".

God will know His own.

Children Of Tomorrow

I tell you that the children of yesteryear are walking in the funeral of the era which they created for themselves. They are pulling a rotting rope that may break soon and cause them to drop into a forgotten abyss. I say that they are living in homes with weak foundations. As the storm blows - and it is about to blow - their homes will fall upon their heads and thus become their tombs. I say that all their thoughts, their sayings, their quarrels, their compositions, their books and all their works are nothing but chains dragging them because they are too weak to pull the load.

But the children of tomorrow are the ones called by life, and they follow it with steady steps and heads high. They are the dawn of the new frontiers; no smoke will veil their eyes and no jingle of chains will drown out their voices. They are few in number but the difference is as between a grain of wheat and a stack of hay. No one knows them but they know each other. They are like the summits, which can see and hear each other - not like caves, which cannot hear or see. They are the seed dropped by the hand of God in the field, breaking through its pod and waving its sapling leaves before the face of the sun. It shall grow into a mighty tree; its roots in the heart of the Earth and its branches high in the sky.

Total Transformation Of The Earth

This was found in an old Yahoo! group forum. The post is several years old. It was saved and stored in my files. The author's name was not recorded. However, it is with confidence that his words are being republished here, as there is no doubt that he would consent to its presentation.

You may regard it as a certainty that the world is poised before a change, spiritual as well as physical. The Earth itself stands before a total Transformation - a re-structuring of its surface as well as a re-shaping of its interior, and men likewise must prepare for a process with spiritual repercussions, because everything living upon Earth: man, animal and plant, shall have ceased to exist as soon as the re-shaping is under way.

It will be understandable, therefore, that the grounds for an all-embracing Transformation will be spiritual, that a new school for spirit shall be created, and this calls for the destruction of everything old. The Earth cannot remain as at present, if it is not to circle through the universe amid other planets and moons devoid of all purpose.

A change has to take place, and those men shall live to see the act of Transformation upon whom God has bestowed the Grace of using the last opportunities for maturing, because God has blessed the final time of this Earth's existence by heaping graces upon graces on men, so that they will be able to mature by the last day.

That the gifts of grace go unheeded - that they are unwelcomed and hence not accepted - is only proof that the end time has come. Only a few, therefore, shall be able to observe the final act of Transformation, as these stand within God's Will, and hence have knowledge of His Plan of Salvation from eternity.

These shall incur no harm from the process of Transformation, as they shall be lifted from the Earth before the final work of destruction of the old Earth, and are therefore only affected by the change to the extent of exchanging their habitation for a Kingdom of Peace, until they are again led to the newly formed Earth, as progenitors of the new human race.

The others have, until the last day, ample opportunity to change, however, and thus to save themselves. Because as soon as the spiritual transformation has taken place in them - return of the soul to God, from Whom they were alienated through the firmest resistance - these souls also become aspirants for the Kingdom of the Blessed, and need no longer fear the ruin of the old Earth. Nothing of the creations of the old Earth shall remain, neither shall any man remain alive who had not been previously been lifted.

Complete destruction of the Earth's surface as a whole also results in the end of every creature, and where a soul is still capable of change, the change will have been accomplished at the hour of the last judgment. Spiritual change, therefore, is a man's criterion, whether he will live to see the end of this Earth-epoch, and is permitted to inhabit the New Earth as a Child of God.

All men are still capable of change, but only a few are willing to change, and hence the act of Transformation of the Earth shall take place because man's will no longer takes the right direction, and the Earth no longer accords with its destiny. Earth life is misused.

And thus mankind collectively stands before a spiritual change which shall not, however, take place on the old Earth, and which only a few men will consciously live to see, whilst the largest part of mankind shall, indeed, enter a new stage of development, and therefore shall also be affected by the spiritual change, but in a most retrograde sense. They will lose their physical life but shall continue their existence in an entirely different form. (Physical) Life has ceased, and a condition of "death" or sleep enfolds the soul because, as man, it had failed, not having utilized the opportunity to change, to redeem itself.

In the universe, however, the act of Transformation signifies an entirely new period of Salvation, and the termination of an epoch supremely memorable, when God Himself incarnated on Earth as The Christ through Jesus, in order to exemplify to mankind the transformation from man to a divine being, which all men ought to carry out on themselves.

The Earth, which carried His earthly body, must now also help the hardened, physical, solid matter to Salvation. Every creature must undergo a change of its outer form, everything bound in form beneath the level of man must be allowed to maintain its upward-impetus, which is only possible through a total Transformation of the Earth.

We Have A Choice To Make (Reprint)

Let's take a look around us. Let's take a look at the World that we have made.

Violence against Man and Animal is OK.
Sexual experimentation of any kind is OK. Just don't get caught.
Drugs and Alcohol Abuse is OK. Just don't get caught.
Money and Power are the "Ideals" Man must strive for.
Fame is a close Third.
Abandoning Your Family is OK.
Filth on Public Television, in Motion Pictures and in Recorded Music is OK.
Corruption by Public Servants and Private Industry is OK. Just don't get caught.
Dropping out of school is OK. Just Sell Drugs.
Totally believe the mainstream media. Ignorance is OK.

That's only a sample of the World that we have made for ourselves. I'm sure that you can think up some more on your own. Now, let's take look at the World As It Should Be:

Follow Creator's Laws, Love One Another, Live Lives of Cooperation, Compassion and Caring (I'll add two more: Seek True Knowledge and Live in Loving Service To Humanity).

Whoaaa, in this World, that is NOT OK. That's "lame", "weak", etc.

We have a Choice to make. Do we want to "fit in"? Or do we want to Ascend to our next level of Evolution? The temptations are powerful, it is difficult for us to resist them. That is the Testing. That is the meaning of "The Sorting and the Choosing". Those who Qualify for Transformation and Graduation to The New Earth will be the ones who pass these Tests. Yes, the "lame" and "weak" ones will inherit a New Earth. The "cool kids" will be left behind, and it will have been their Choice.

The "Cool Kids", those who "lived for the moment", "lived for self", took what they wanted and grabbed their fifteen minutes with gusto will be emotionally crushed during The Final Moments, when they will finally realize what this was truly all about, and how they squandered their many Opportunities to Change.

Those of you who are on The Path, stay on it. Those of you who have yet to change your Lives, keep trying. Don't try to "fit in". In a very short while, you are going to wish that you had never joined that club.

Something Great is going to happen in our Lifetime. You wanna be on board when it does.

Look at ME! Follow ME! Like ME!

Facebook ("look at me!") and Twitter ("follow me!") are a couple of the traps that have been set to snare the narcissist in men. Their aim is to shift man's focus from the wider, divine purpose to a tiny pinpoint of self-emphasis.

In Atlantean days, man moved from self-consciousness to self-focus to self-worship. It was considered almost a duty to have a bust or statue erected of one's self. Many of those who were present in the last days of Atlantis are here again today. They can be recognized by their intense self-focus and self-absorption. This was once most readily apparent in Hollywood stars and celebrities of all sorts. In the present day, the so-called common man is now having a go at a lower harmonic of the fame and recognition once reserved for "the beautiful people". Everyone from grandmothers to pre-teens are furiously 'updating their statuses' and 'friending' complete and total strangers.

These global social networks are the new "idols of reflection". They fulfill a blind, desperate need for many to confirm their existence via the responses of "others". Only through the interaction with other selves can these ones feel alive. Collecting new 'friends' as if the total number of such 'friends' serve to heighten one's personal status, is the pinnacle of foolishness. Asking people to "follow you" as you go about brushing your teeth or shopping (yet again) at the mall is literally a prime example of the blind leading the blind.

Just as in the days of old Atlantis, humans are making the mistake of thinking that their individual self is the most important entity in the universe. This is a folly that flies in the face of all that the Divine Plan is working towards. Those who continue to focus on this useless nonsense, this clever diversionary tactic of the dark forces, will only serve to attract to themselves hard and painful lessons, as they will continue to be taught - by whatever means necessary - that it is not the self that is important, it is what that self does in Service to other selves that ultimately determines one's true worth.

In An Instant

"IN order for the term 'migrations' to be clearly understood, we must explain ourselves very carefully, for an understanding of this will give a greater sense of security and direction, which is important. It will also help to understand the events that will occur in various countries all over the globe, as they unfold during this time of change.

There have been at least three other occasions, some prior to recorded history, in which it became a necessity for migrations to occur. Migration does not merely imply the movement of people from one place to another for safety reasons, but implies the same movement within the animal kingdom as well. You would do well to watch the migration habits of winged and non-winged species, to note any changes or peculiarities that occur. Watch their cycles of migrations. They will go out of the normal patterns as the Earth changes become more severe. You can see one who is not familiar with animal and bird migrations would need to know this in a general way before it could be used as a 'sign' of impending danger.

Now let us make comment about 'human migrations'. We will consider it from three major points of view. First and foremost, migrations will occur due to climatic changes. Indeed, this has already begin. There will be areas of your country, for example, that will not be accustomed to experiencing extreme cold and/or heat, drought, flooding and the like, that will find themselves unable to cope physically, psychologically and economically, so they will migrate to other geographical locations. Climate will also have a strong effect on the etheric (health) and astral (emotional) bodies of humans. For example, people who are used to cool climates and vibrations will sometimes find themselves thrown into situations of extreme heat and drought. This will cause tempers to rise, tension to build and this can promote violence and all sorts of disharmony.

The reverse will likewise be true as time goes on. Individuals who are accustomed to drier, warmer climates, or even wet, tropical climates, will suffer changes that will cause physical and emotional disorders. Depression, bone problems, circulatory and respiratory problems will result in migrations to more agreeable areas.

A second point that we wish to make clear concerns migrations due to seismic activity. This, of course, will become more prominent as seismically active locations become more and more unsafe. While some of this has already begun, the major portion of this remains well into the future (written in1982). Such migrations will occur in North America, Iran, Italy, Egypt, South America, particularly in the area of Chile, the Hawaiian Islands, Japan and other islands of the South Pacific. Not all of these migrations will take place due to choice, but rather, because of necessity. Some of these land areas will be broken up and others will cease to exist.

Although most of the migrations, for both climatic and seismic reasons will be gradual, there will be some that will happen quickly and without the heeding of prior warnings. This can cause panic. Panic is born from emotional upheavals based on fear and also on the trauma associated with having to leave one's home and familiar surroundings. During these times, especially as the changes become intense, refugee camps will spring up all over. One of the tasks of Seventh Ray Entities is to impress individuals to care for such migrants, while others, and this is happening now, will teach survival skills before they become a total necessity. Fear is thus minimized with such skills, you see.

Now we come to our third major point and reason for human migration. It is economic change. Such change will be due, in part, to the climatic and seismic occurrences we have already mentioned. You can be sure that there are Intelligence Circles, worldwide, particularly in the U.S., Russia, the British Isles and the Arab countries that are keeping a watchful eye upon climatic and possible seismic conditions so that they may learn what can be expected as far in advance as possible. When there is major climatic change, food sources are threatened. Crops fail. When there are major Earth upheavals, political boundaries set by man make little difference. In order to prevent possible global pandemonium, intelligence groups are busy, you can be sure. Some of these groups are not even known to exist."

Along with the spiritual preparation that should be taking place within us from minute-to-minute, there are also practical considerations that should not be ignored. There is an extremely high probability that all of Earth's population will be affected in some way by the global catastrophes that are just over the horizon. In anticipation of this, we should, as the Boy Scout motto states "Be Prepared". Keep a bag packed with a little food, clothes, first aid. Water is most important. Blankets. Plan to re-locate to a rural area, as far away from big cities and urban centers as you can possibly get.

The time will come when we may very well have to leave our jobs, our homes, our very families in a moment's notice. The secret to survival then will be the ability of the human to think clearly and quickly. Above all, we cannot be afraid to leave everything that we know and own in order to strike out for "another shore" when the time comes. People who stay with their homes because it is "their home" will probably perish. People who stay on the job even as it is apparent that there is no longer a reason to go to work, risk the same fate.

Lives are going to be changed in an instant of time. Priorities will be re-arranged overnight. Things that were once thought of as most important will finally assume their rightful, less-exalted place.

In an instant! Pay close heed! Look to the disasters in Haiti and Japan as the cautionary examples set forth for your education. We can go to bed, peacefully secure, only to be shaken awake in the middle of the night by the catastrophic movement of the Earth. By morning, we can be destitute, homeless and hungry.

Learn now to release your attachment to the material things of your world. This will make it easier for you to "pick up and go" when the time comes. Remember the Biblical story of Lot and his wife, who were told to flee and not look back.

This warning has ever been repeated through prior upheavals and holds true once again for those who would attempt to make it through the coming trials.

When the time comes, leave. Leave, and don't look back.

The Calm Before The Storm

Today it's a mild 73 degrees on the Atlantic coast. Looking into the uninterrupted blueness of the late-afternoon sky, one would be hard-pressed to find anything wrong right now with life, or the world.

It's difficult to imagine that in a relatively short time, these currently placid and peaceful skies will be the cause of terror and concern for billions.

Never forget that we are in the final stages of a long Waiting Period. Many humans have made and sealed their permanent Choices to serve either light or darkness. However, billions are still "on the fence" due to ignorance or dullness. These ones will have to be shocked into making a decision, and that's part of the function of the cyclic Tribulations.

We are about to experience a Judgement Day of the third order, where all unfit souls will be rejected for the remainder of this "globe period" (Earth globe "D"). This is a fairly serious state of affairs as this globe period is only half-way complete and there are many millions of years left before evolution moves on to the next globe period, Earth Globe "E".

"Living" on earth in a veiled condition, the majority of incarnate humans souls have absolutely no idea of the critical nature of the events that are about to take place. These events will affect each and every soul in the human life-wave, incarnate or discarnate. These events will affect this planet, the solar system and reverberate to the farthest reaches of this galaxy.

It is so late in the game that there is now little chance of redemption for many millions. These ones we should not mourn, as they have been given ample time - countless hundreds of thousands of years - to make their Choice. They will be purged by the astral fire that is to come and will resume their evolution from a primitive state, ages into the future, on another earth-like planet of duality where they will once again be presented with the Pairs of Opposites. There, they will once again attempt to make The Choice.

As for those who have chosen The Christed Way, who wish to serve The New Earth and humanity, who aspire to join The New Race that is now being formed, who hope to become members of the galactic Family of Light, the times we are living in are important and should be used wisely.

These ones should take to learning all they can regarding the nature of the times and the nature of their own unseen etheric, astral, mental and causal bodies. They should spend as much time in meditation or silent contemplation as possible. Study the life of  Jesus, The Christed One, as that life was purposely lived as an intentional example for the wise to follow. They should learn to trust and follow their Intuition, their Conscience. These will have to be obeyed implicitly in the Times that are upon us, as there will no longer be the luxury of having days and weeks to make critical decisions. It will come down to a few hours, minutes or seconds.

We must stop poisoning the physical body with chemicalized foods and alcoholic beverages of all kinds. No tobacco. No recreational drugs. Not only are these things not good for humans, but they will not be available in the New Earth. The time to learn to live in a New Way starts here and now. This is an important indicator of the sincerity of one's Choice.

We must stop poisoning our mental and emotional bodies with the sewage that is passed to us as news, music and entertainment. All of these are designed to elicit a reaction from you. 99% of the reactions that are drawn from us are not beneficial to humanity. Stop watching television, stop paying attention to the news, stop listening to popular music. As for "missing" something on the news, trust me, if something serious happens in the world, someone will tell you about it. In the meantime, you can do without the constant stream of misery and suffering they throw at us every day. If you must participate in these activities, do so from a position of knowledge and not ingorance. Maintain an attitude of detached indifference.

"Are you crazy? I can't stop doing all these things!!" will be the response from many. Very well. And so, The Choice is made. There will be no way that these ones can say that they did not get the memo.

Who will be "The Chosen Ones"? They will be those who by the example of their Living, will have "chosen" themselves.

Vivekâ: The aspirant must learn that the inner life, the life of and for the Ego, is the real life; he must learn, as C.W. Leadbeater succinctly puts it, that "few things matter much: most things do not matter at all".

Needless to say, this does not mean that worldly duties and responsibilities, once undertaken, may or should be neglected; on the contrary, they should be performed by the occultist even more scrupulously and carefully than by other men. It is the spirit in which they are done which matters, the recognition of the aspect of them which is important, and those aspects which are not important.

This "opening of the doors of the mind", or "conversion" as it has been called, is precisely that which is spoken of in the bible: "Set your affection on things above and not on things of the earth…for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal."

Discrimination is much stimulated by the rapidly changing circumstances into which the disciple is generally thrown, with a view to impressing on him the instability of all external things. The life of a disciple is generally one of storm and stress, in order that qualities and faculties may be forced into swift growth and speedily brought to perfection.

Vairagyâ: From a recognition of the instability and unsatisfying nature of external things, indifference to them naturally follows. The aspirant becomes indifferent to things that come and go, and more and more he fixes his attention on the changeless reality that is ever present.

Shama: The need for control of thought has already been amply emphasised in this present volume. The pupil must reduce the chaos of his emotions and thoughts to order ; he must eliminate the host of minor interests, and control wandering thoughts. Whilst he still lives in the world, the difficulty of the undertaking is multiplied manyfold by the ceaseless pressure of disturbing waves of emotion and thought, which give him no rest, no opportunity to collect his forces in order to make a real effort.

Steady, daily practice in concentration and meditation is a method that many find suitable. The aspirant must work with great energy and perseverance to reduce the mental rebel to order and discipline, knowing that the great increase in thought-power which will accompany his rapid growth will prove a danger to others and to himself, unless the force be thoroughly under his control. Better give a child dynamite to play with, than place the creative powers of thought in the hands of the selfish and the ambitious.

Dama: To inner control must be added the control of outer actions. As the mind obeys the soul so must the lower nature obey the mind. Carelessness in the lower part of human activity must be eliminated.

Uparati : The sublime and far-reaching virtue of tolerance means the quiet acceptance of each man, each form of existence , as it is, without demand that it should be something different, shaped more to one's own liking. Respect for the individuality of others is one of the marks of the disciple.

Titiksha: Endurance means an attitude of mind that cheerfully bears all and resents nothing, going straight
onwards unswervingly to the goal. The aspirant knows that nothing can come to him but by the Law, and the Law is good. He must realise that as he is paying in a few short lives the karmic obligations accumulated during the past, the payments must be correspondingly heavy.

Shraddhâ: The very struggles, in which the aspirant is plunged, develop in him faith in his Master, and in himself, a serene, strong confidence that is unshakeable.

Sâmadhâna: Balance, or equilibrium, grows to some extent without conscious effort during the striving after the previous five qualifications. The soul gradually disentangles itself from ties that knit it to the world of sense, the objects in which "turn away from abstemious dweller in the body", and soon lose all power to disturb his balance.

Balance amid mental troubles of every kind is also necessary, this balance being further taught by the swift changes, mentioned above, through which his life is guided by the ever-watchful care of his Master.

Mumuksha: The deep, intense longing for liberation, that yearning of the soul towards union with the Divine, follows on the attainment of the other Qualifications. This adds the last touch to the readiness to enter into full discipleship. Once the longing has definitely asserted itself, the soul that has felt it can never again quench its thirst at earthly fountains.

The attainment of this stage makes the man ready for Initiation, an Adhikari, ready to "enter the stream" that cuts him off forever from the interests of earthly life, save as he can serve his Master in them and help forward the evolution of humanity.
