The Two-In-One

Once the candidate awakens the Divine Spark and gains insight into his/her true nature, a decision has to be made. Either return to the natural life that was being led or vow to walk the Path all the way to The Good End.

For those choosing to walk the Path of Return, there will be bumps along the way. No matter how diligent, dedicated or devoted one is, the aeons of this nature will continue to influence us via our natural blood-state. More than once we will fall into an old habit or express a behavior that goes against the Gnosis. Grief, frustration or remorse will follow. "Why can't I stay on the Path?" we will cry out?

We must understand that at the same time the purified New Soul is being built, we are still attached to the old, natural soul. Thankfully, we have heard The Call and have responded to it, but the nature-born part of us still feels the tug of the material world. We still respond to the impulses sent our way via our lipika, the auric being. We are as two-in-one, torn between the Divine Realm and this fallen world. We are attempting to leave what we know for that which we want to know better, but just as it is when we try to leave someone who is no good for us, we hang on, we drag our feet, we succumb to the easy path, the road of least resistance.

This struggle will continue until that which is New within us succeeds in asserting Itself. The only way this can happen is if we steadfastly persevere. Don't give up on yourself if you falter. Don't turn away from the Path over a failure due to a momentary weakness. The aeons of this nature know that they are about to lose you. Thus, they re-double their efforts, offering you everything you have ever desired in order to keep you trapped in this fallen world. Now you can perhaps understand the symbolism behind the story of Jesus' temptation in the desert. Jesus represents the soul-born man (that's us), trying to reach Liberation. Satan (the word means "adversary") represents the nature aeons, offering the Jesus-man everything he could possibly desire, if only he would bow down and worship the things of this world.

Don't fall for their tricks. Every time you fall, shake it off and get right back to business. Don't dwell in the past or the future. What's important is what you do in the now. Do not let your slip-ups become a burden or a stumbling block. Let them go.

For those who have awakened the Divine Spark within, your microcosm is undergoing a Great Renovation. As such, the old stands side-by-side with the New. The New Soul must increase in influence while the old soul decreases. A battle for dominance is being fought within your microcosm. Do not try to fight this battle with your "I". You will not succeed, as the "I" cannot and will not eliminate the "I". It is The Other One, rebirthed from out of the Original Atom, that will fight this battle for you. The most you can do is keep striving to live in the New Attitude of Life that you have adopted and stay out of the way when the inevitable inner conflicts arise. At some point, you may not even know when it happens, the nature aeons will lose interest in you. The desires of this world will recede from you. You will no longer slip. Your footing on the Path will be as sure as a mountain goat.

Remain steadfast in your devotion. Keep your focus always upon the One Goal. Persevere through all trials until The Good End.

Of Plane Crashes And 'Bird Falls'

Unconscious Passengers Cause Jet To Be Diverted

A jetliner slammed into a remote mountainside in the French Alps after a mysterious and rapid 14,000-foot descent on Tuesday — killing all 150 people aboard.

Birds Fall From Sky

In the first story above, the pilot descended 7,000 feet in an emergency dive, attempting to find oxygen. The airline industry and powers-that-be immediately tried to lie away the fact that three people fell completely unconscious while many more experienced dizziness.

In the second story, the conveniently dead co-pilot dived 14,000 feet into a mountainside and has been blamed for committing suicide-by-plane. It is more than likely that he, too, was trying to find oxygen and fell unconscious before he could pull the plane out of the dive.

In the case of 'bird falls', there is no explanation available, so speculation abounds, masquerading as explanation.

These are all examples of the effects of the atmospheric revolution that is taking place in the 'clouds of heaven'. Something is going on in our atmosphere and has been for a while. The powers-that-be are besides themselves trying not to alarm the populace, as their number one fear is, as always, loss of control of the masses.

Under the influence of all these tensions, of all this agitation in the clouds of heaven, many things in this world are rushing to their end. A passion for destruction prevails in our atmosphere. Many symptoms of this are now forcing themselves upon human awareness; for example, the many tragic aircraft accidents which took place during the years 1946/47, and subsequently in shorter periods.

What occurred in the air during the periods mentioned above was beyond the scope of all technical perfection, flying safety, or skill of the personnel. It was simply a matter of higher influences, a sign of the atmospheric revolution.

After esoteric investigation, we accept it as fact that all these accidents were caused by flying through concentrations of inert gases, which are now found in our atmosphere in higher quantities than in the past. These gases*, because of their unique and little known intensity and power, cause pilots to experience periods of unconsciousness lasting one or two seconds, as well as very brief disturbances of the sensory functions. One pilot may be less susceptible than another as both their spiritual and biological conditions are of great importance in this respect, but it is certain that, had the above-mentioned atmospheric conditions continued, flying would have had to be discontinued indefinitely.

* We intentionally avoid mentioning any scientific details because experience has proved that, if we were to do so, the main point, the atmospheric revolution at its deepest essence, would be lost. 

Many inert gases, when vibrating in a highly electromagnetic atmosphere, have an enormous penetrative capacity so that even air-tight metal cabins do not form insuperable barriers for them.

Special attention should be given to inert gas A which, for many years, has been exerting increasing influence on the natural life of mankind. Under certain conditions, inert gas A causes moments of unconsciousness, of sensory abnormality, of a blunting of the senses. It brings about disturbances in the respiratory organs and is responsible for many cardiac disorders. 

As long as the plane maintains a steady cruising speed, the pilot will hardly notice his rapid and transient physical reactions to these inert gases, but under trying circumstances, such as fog or heavy winds, or when landing, they may be fatal, as experience has already shown.

One should not overlook the fact that metals and stones become "fatigued" much more quickly than was formerly the case. Present atmospheric concentrations have a strong oxidizing and disintegrating tendency. In our time, the ultra-violet and thus, disintegrating cosmic rays, in combination with concentrations of inert gases of the same polarity, will put an end to much that has always been regarded as ageless. They are also responsible for irregularities and deviations in engines and instruments.

All pilots are trained to immediately decrease their altitude whenever a problem with oxygen becomes apparent. This usually involves an emergency descent at high speed as the crew attempts to avoid passing out at the controls. Sometimes they make it, at other times, we get the stories above.

The airline industry will always cite human error in these cases, no matter what ridiculous story has to be contrived. They have no desire to inform the public of the existence of 'gas pockets' in the atmosphere that can instantly incapacitate an airline crew and its passengers while in flight. Air travel would come to a screeching halt.

These concentrations of inert gases are indications that radiations not-of-this-world have now infiltrated and penetrated this world. It is a sign of the atmospheric revolution that stands as a herald of the Coming Changes, which are, in fact, already taking place,

Truth

22 Truth is eternal and unchanging. The First Truth which was in the Beginning will endure until the End. Nothing can be added to it and nothing taken away. It may be viewed from many sides and appear different, but such differences are in the eye of the beholder. Truth itself is unalterable and cannot change.

A Sober, But Liberating Realization

The true Rosycross does not bring you occult science of any sort. Neither does it bring you "spiritual science", as occultism is sometimes called; nor does it present you with modern psychology. The Rosycross presents a science that has no connection whatsoever with dialectical nature. It speaks of a World and a Reality that cannot in any way be explained by this nature, and cannot take shape in it. Thus, it is quite impossible to make a connection with the science practiced by the Rosycross via any predisposition of this nature.

The World of which the Rosycross speaks is not at all hidden, and the Reality of which it testifies is not in the least supernatural! Within the framework of dialectical nature, occult science may well be useful and as such, the material talents you possibly possess in the way of spiritual vision and soul riches, may well be worthy of admiration, but your ordinary Christian disposition will nevertheless lead you only to the god of this world.

The Spiritual School of the Rosycross seeks to guide you to the right understanding of all this. The Spiritual School practices not occult science but the science of transfiguration, the science of rebirth. Dialectical human beings live in and belong to a nature that consists of two spheres. Between these two spheres there hangs a veil. That is why we speak of "this side" and "yonder side". Between the two spheres there is a chasm, a cleft and in-between stands death. As long as we dwell here, in the material sphere, the sphere on yonder side is hidden from us, as a result of our structural condition in the material sphere. By means of occult science one can obtain knowledge of this temporarily hidden side of nature and become accustomed to it, whilst still remaining in the material world. But the two main occult methods of

a. cultivation of the personality and,
b. splitting of the personality

will not give you any knowledge of the World of which the Rosycross testifies; nor will they give you any connection with it as regards your body, your soul or your consciousness, no matter how refined your organic structure may be.

So, since neither soul, consciousness, nor body, are capable of participating in The Other Realm, even if they have been subjected to the highest culture, it is clear that The Other Realm does not need to be hidden, and that is why it is not! Do you see the tragedy of the dialectical human being? To know of the Reality of a liberating World and a liberating state-of-being, and yet be unable to participate in it because one's consciousness, soul and body belong to another nature. Only one conclusion can be drawn. Occultism cannot help, so there is only one solution: the dissolution of the personality, as regards matter, the mortal soul and the I-consciousness. As the Gospel says: "Flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God".

The Rosycross confronts you with a process of mortification, a process of dying of the threefold self that has its seat in your body, soul and consciousness. Naturally, this does not sound attractive to dialectical ears, but if you still seek the liberating Life and wish to participate in it, you will have to wade right through the pool of your nature-born state before you reach your Golgotha, for the foundation of your existence in this nature will have to be taken from you.

When we realize what the Universal Doctrine demands of those who would seek liberation from the earthly vale of tears, it can be quite disconcerting. We are being asked to participate in the extinguishing of our own personality, the "I" that we have come to know and love so well. How can we be asked to get rid of ourselves? What will replace us when our "I" is banished?

The dissolution of the "I" demands that our "I" cease to exist, or at the very least, cease to exert any significant influence over our waking lives beyond that biological minimum which is necessary to maintain the physical vehicle. We are asked to discourage all I-centered activity and to instead allow The Other One within us to grow in strength and influence ("He must increase while I must decrease").

The "I" must be evicted as the master of our microcosm, so that our reborn Soul can be purified and prepared as a proper dwelling place for a new master, the descending Spirit. With the restoration of the Spirit-Soul, the physical-etheric temple, the Body, will also undergo the necessary purifications. The divine Tri-Unity of Spirit, Soul and Body will then be re-born and ready, once again, to voluntarily perform God's Will via head, heart and hands.

We shall not "die". We...shall...live.

Do What Needs To Be Done

We have compared the microcosm with the macrocosm and found that man, too, is surrounded by a magnetic spirit-field, a radiation field, a firmament, and that the personality constitutes the microcosmic planet. Now, if you want to bring this whole system back, reborn and strong, to its Original Home, freed from the grip of your lipika, from the reflection-sphere and from the incidental death of this nature-order, then you will need first of all to withdraw it from a world which is not in accordance with the Divine Law. So you will see that the key to the Path is present in your own soul-being and that you yourself are able to turn that key without any difficulty. That is why we have but one piece of advice to offer you: direct your entire being towards stimulating the Christ intermediary, which is there for you also, to activity within your system, so that the heavenly focal point* can develop again into a Christ-radiation field. This must receive the highest priority in everything you do.

This process of Liberation must start at the very foundation of your being, and it lies entirely in your own hands. Observe yourself closely. Are you really reflecting spontaneously on the things of the New Life? Is your heart directed towards the Christ radiation power? Are your deeds, without any forcing on your part, in conformity with the Life you are longing to enter?

In this way you will empty your three sanctuaries (head, heart, pelvis) of the old nature, thus opening up the Path and making the Brotherhood notice you. Then the focus of the New Life will be resurrected, and will draw the Universal Life-Substance vigorously into your microcosm so that It can carry out Its sanctifying, liberating task. Then, over the soul-garment, the Garment of the Universal Spirit will spread Itself, and out of this the microcosm will be able to live and act.

The pupil who has lived through his path of self-sacrifice in this way enters into the unity of the New Life. He experiences and comes to know the freedom of the children of God. He is linked with the pure, Universal Love. He is truly man and truly God.

If you have a knowledge of Christ, you will understand these words. May God grant that we may meet one another in the ranks of the Redeemed.

Remember that the Christ is not a personality that walked among men 2,000 years ago, but an impersonal, Divine light-radiation that is not-of-this-world, emanating from the Sixth Cosmic Domain. It is the Divine astral substance that we must attract into our microcosm in order to purify and rebuild our soul vehicles.

It is here with us, nearer than hands and feet. It surrounds us and penetrates us. But this Divine light-radiation will pass through us like a sieve unless we make the changes necessary to attract and assimilate It. This will require that we turn away from the natural life and turn our focus to a New Life.

The True Road To Immortality

MOR - TAL

1. subject to death; having a transitory life: all mortal creatures.

2. of or relating to human beings as subject to death; human: this mortal life.

3. belonging to this world.

Each of us are born into the nature-of-death with a mortal soul. This mortal soul is composed of five soul fluids:

the consciousness fluid
the serpent-fire
the hormonal secretions
the nerve fluid
the blood.

These five soul fluids interpenetrate and animate the four personality vehicles:

the physical body (dense body)
the etheric body or etheric double (vital body)
the astral body (emotional body)
the mental body (abode of the mind)

By definition, the mortal soul is subject to death. This means that there are no earthly methods that can be used by the mortal soul as a Stairway to Immortality. "Churchianity", refinement of the personality, occult methods of splitting the personality (astral flight, etc.), are all useless. Even human 'goodness' will not serve to bring one the prize of Immortality. Despite all of the above-mentioned dialectical methods that can be applied here on the horizontal plane, our mortal soul will still gradually dissolve into nothingness after we transition to the reflection-sphere. It will take a few hundred years of "after-life", but eventually nothing will be left of the person-that-was, the "I" that walked the earth.

Why is this? It is because in each life we are created as temporary image-bearers. In each life, we are created for the same specific Purpose. That Purpose being to somehow locate the Path to True Immortality, the Path of Return. This Path represents the only way to obtain Liberation from the nature-of-death via the transmutation of the mortal into the Immortal. The reason we have incarnated so many thousands of times is because we have failed in obtaining this objective many thousands of times.

Now we are here at the closing of this Age, the proverbial Time of the End. It was foretold that at this time the Truth would be delivered to the Four Corners of the earth, so that all men might have the opportunity to remember their Purpose. Even so, when offered, this Truth is still met with skepticism, disbelief, ridicule and derision. Only those with eyes to see and ears to hear understand that which is being offered to them. There is a spark of remembrance that vibrates from deep within, enabling them to recognize the Truth and to take steps to follow that Truth.

IM - MOR - TAL

1. not mortal; not liable or subject to death; undying: our immortal souls.

2. not liable to perish or decay; imperishable; everlasting.

3. perpetual; lasting; constant.

As outlined above, we do not presently have an immortal soul. We have only a mortal soul that will gradually disappear after death unless we take the proper steps in this earthly life to begin the process of transmutation and transfiguration. If we are successful in locating the Path of Return and in awakening the Divine Spark that sleeps within our microcosm, then when we "die" the physical body will lawfully return to the earth (like attracts like, "dust to dust"), while the remaining mortal soul vehicles are taken to a special realm, one that is not a part of the terrestrial reflection-sphere. This realm, Shamballa, is like a weigh-station or halfway house for the mortal souls of those personalities that have succeeded in beginning the process of Liberation while on earth.

Because the Candidate has identified the Purpose for his/her existence prior to death, because the mortal soul of the Candidate is actively engaged in the alchemical process of transmutation, he/she has awakened the Divine part that has slept within the microcosm for so many Ages of time. It is this awakened Divine part of the mortal soul that will save the Candidate, as that which is Divine cannot find a place in the un-divine, ordinary reflection-sphere. This is law.

Mark the following: even if we have taken but the first step in this process, even if we are on the lowest rung of the Transfiguristic process, our journey to Immortality is assured. Our destination after death will not involve the inevitable dissolution of the personality vehicles in the reflection-sphere. Instead, Shamballa, the realm of transfiguring souls established as a vacuum of Divinity within the earth-spheres will be our new home. There, we will continue this alchemical transmutation, in our present personality; incorruptible, indestructible, Immortal. There we shall remain, in safety and in brotherhood with all those who have gone before us, until the time comes for the Ark to depart, with all of the Elect on board.

Those who have ears to hear, let them hear.

From Yearning For Salvation To Self-Purification

The man in the liver-spleen system, in the solar plexus, is the stone-hard, I-central man who clings to matter and consequently expects everything from it. However, the moment will come, sometimes after many lives in the microcosm, that he reaches a dead-end in the nature-of-death and finds that his existence is a circle without end. However, as long as he lives out of the liver-spleen system and, consequently, in self-maintenance and I-centrality, pupilship in a Spiritual School is useless. Only he who is able to draw the consciousness up into the heart will surmount his natural instincts. Only then does one begin to see the world as it really is.

A new desire, a yearning for true, essential liberation, which in the Holy Language is called yearning for salvation, then emanates from the astral self. Only this desire opens the heart of man for the Gnosis, for the light of the Holy Grail, the consequence being that the Rose is touched. Because of the yearning for salvation, the pupil will stand before the gate of an entirely new state of life.

Many millions of people are standing before this gate; throughout the ages people have been yearning for a true, liberating Life. The result is that these millions have also created an aeon, which the gnostic writings call the Thirteenth Aeon. Between this Thirteenth Aeon and yearning man an interaction came into being because of which the fire of desire became ever greater and the realization of the state of confusion increased.

Mere yearning for salvation is not sufficient; the astral self will continue to reside in the astral sphere of the nature-of-death during the nocturnal hours and will return from it the next morning robbed of its light-force in such a way that the disorder is greater than ever before. This is the reason for the ever-recurring penitential songs of the Pistis Sophia.

So we understand that, next to yearning for salvation, self-purification is also necessary. One who truly desires to be sanctified will try to do everything possible and even everything impossible to approach this sanctification. You will realize the logic of this. A vigorous self-activity should always prove that the fire of yearning for salvation is chastening. This self-activity will always emanate from the heart and will influence the entire state-of-life. That is why in the School of the Rosycross the necessary purification of the heart is always discussed.

You know of the dismal, negative cravings of those who keep crying for help and praying for assistance for anything and everything in the house of dialectics. However, man should understand that to reach true salvation he will have to sacrifice himself and his entire state-of-being. Next to yearning for salvation, the self-sanctification needs to develop.

Yearning alone is not enough. The Path of the True Way requires actions, one of the first being the purifying work that must be done to enable the Divine astral radiations to take root in the microcosm.

Candidates must never be satisfied just to yearn for Liberation or read about it or dream about it. The pupil must put his or her shoulder to the wheel and do the work that is required to enable this to take place. Yes, help is available to us via the Universal Brotherhood, but the candidate must also undertake to help himself or herself. Self-purification is our job. That's why it's called self-purification.

The Day God Died

Some years ago, this writer was sitting behind a woman in her 60's who happened to be a life-long catholic. It was the Friday before Easter, "Good Friday" as it is known. The conversation that she was having with another person was of little note until she said the following:

"It's Good Friday. That's the day God died!"

Needless to say, this writer was dumbstruck. It just served to highlight the wickedness of the so-called christian churches who eagerly spread their Doctrine of Error, whether knowingly or unknowingly, mis-educating millions of human beings and retarding spiritual progress world-wide. Selling their half-truths, flawed speculations and outright fabrications as "gospel". Distorting and mutilating the Holy Language until that which was left to inform and guide humanity to its salvation degrades into a bad fairy-tale. There is no measure of meaningful soul-growth that can occur by aligning one's self with any of the so-called orthodox christian churches.

Stay out of the churches.
