Why Are We Here?
[BG:] This question was recently asked elsewhere on the Web. I answered it, and I'd like to re-post my answer here.
Question:
The problem with the debate over the existence of the Source of Creation comes from the ultimate question: Why? Why are we here? Who can answer that question? Only the Source can answer that.
My Answer:
To address this important question, I submit the following:
For the next two minutes, pretend that YOU are Source, that you are All There Is. Every inch of you is All-Knowing, All-Powerful. You are ALONE IN YOUR OMNIPOTENCE. What would you do?
a. Glide through INFINITY satisfied with your "All-Knowingness"?
OR
b. Choose to Fragment and Create (from [u]Yourself[/u]) countless Individual Sparks of You. You then wipe their memories and send them on a Journey. You create Densities, Dimensions, Stages of Consciousness and above all Laws. You then step back and allow YOUR Creations to "create". You want them to Experience and Evolve FREELY and ultimately bring their Experiences back to You. IN THIS WAY, CREATOR EXPERIENCES AND GROWS IN KNOWLEDGE. Creator then Rests for an Eternity, only to Re-Awaken and begin the cycle again, BUT ON A HIGHER LEVEL THAN BEFORE!
Which method do you feel is better for gathering Experience and Knowledge in an Infinite time span, (a) or (b)?
It REALLY is as simple as that. Creator was Bored, Lonely, Intrigued, Whatever, and decided to "Play A Game". WE are Involved in the Game. But we shouldn't feel as if we are Pawns. We are not...
...WE ARE THE CREATOR!!!
It will take a Huge Leap in Imagination for many to Grasp this, but I encourage all to at least Try. Contemplate and Meditate on it. Use your Twin Gifts of Reason and Intuition to begin to Learn and Understand the Thinking of Creator Source (a.k.a. YOU).
If your Contemplation is Effective, you should be able to Remember and Understand our True Heritage, and ultimately begin to Remember...
why...we...are...here .

So - We are a part of the Creator Source, but in that part 'is the whole'?
The more I contemplate this the more vast it can be, both externally and internally.
I have often imagined that we can reach a level of consciousness so high, as to be able to create planets,galaxies,universes... just like our Creator Source.
But as you stated in your post that "it is going to take a 'Huge Leap in Imagination' to grasp this"
I think the big stumbling block for us is that we are trying to grasp it with our limited 3D mind.

You don't realize how close you are to the Truth! Right now, we are indeed "Co-Creators" with the Creator albeit we create on a very limited scale. We create materially in this 3D Physical dimension. This is "Kreator Kindergarten" for us. We have to start at the bottom learning to create simple forms, how to properly channel our desires BEFORE we create, etc.
As the Cycles wind on throughout Eternity, we will advance to the next level of co-creating once we have mastered the current. Eventually WE will be creating plant-like, animal-like and yes, human-like Life Forms someday! As cool as that may sound, we will eventually move beyond that to learn how to create Worlds, Galaxies, Universes and whatever lies beyond that.
This is The Plan for the Human Race as it was for The Earth Spirit, The Spirit of the Sun, every Star in the Heavens, every Galaxy, every Universe. All of these majestic Co-Creators were once human-like, just like you and I. They inhabited whatever was the lowest dimension in their day and learned from scratch how to create. They obviously learned their Lessons well.
But here is where we start. This is where we begin our Journey to the Magnificence of having an ever-expanding Partnership with Creator Source.
Your Imaginings are right on point. You definitely have an intuitive grasp on what things are Truly about. Bravo!
