Dress Rehearsal

The life you live now  can be considered a dress rehearsal for what comes after death.

One could pass from this world any day. None of us know when Destiny will tap us on the shoulder. Like a cosmic game of musical chairs, one's soul-state at the moment of death will determine where one spends the next eternity.

Be reminded, eternity does not mean infinity. Eternity and infinity are not the same thing. Infinity means  a time without end. Eternity means an extremely long period of time that eventually has an end (with a return to earth-life). Eternity can last from hundreds to thousands to many millions of years, depending upon the cycle involved.

Like attracts like. A state of consciousness is a state of life. Whatever you are, whatever you may be, is reflected in your non-physical bodies (etheric, astral and mental). Your thinking, willing, feeling and acting combine to formulate an overall vibration in what man calls the human aura. It is this overall vibration, this cumulative record of your works on earth in lives past and present, that will determine where you go when this particular sojourn through matter is over.

Physical life is not a game. It is only so for the foolish and the ignorant. Physical life is an opportunity. It represents the latest in hundreds of such opportunities for us to do what is necessary to find the Key to Liberation. There is no other purpose to life. Therefore, seek not to obtain wealth, fame, love, happiness, longevity or pleasure via the fruitless striving of earth-life.

"Seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness, and all else will be added unto you". Mark 6:33

Again, there is no other purpose.

One can scoff at the above if that is what one desires. Such a one will simply have to learn via bitter experience, what we call "the hard way".
