The Star Within

Know, O man, that Light is thine heritage,

Know that Darkness is only a veil.

Sealed in thine heart is a Brightness eternal,

waiting the moment of freedom to conquer,

waiting to rend the veil of the Night.

 

Man is a Star bound to a body,

until in the end, he is freed through his strife.

Only by struggling and toiling thy utmost

shall the Star within thee bloom out in New Life.
