Your Greatest Adversary...

...is yourself.

The moment that you say "I can't...", you won't.

The moment you identify yourself as a body, you delay the rebirth of the New Soul.

The moment that you refuse to consider that there are myriads of worlds, solar systems and entire universes invisible to the physical eye, yet occupying the same space in which you stand or sit, you lock yourself into this material realm, the lowest of the infinite Realities.

The moment that you refuse to believe that you, by the purification of the Thought-life and via a link to the Thirteenth Aeon, can effect the birth of a New Soul and a glorified New Personality while still retaining the use of the old mortal soul and mundane physical personality, you condemn yourself to the Wheel of Death and Rebirth.

Everything that man needs to transcend the physical world has been given to him. He has the physical instrumentarium, with its light-vesture composed of the five soul fluids: the consciousness fluid, the serpent-fire, the hormonal fluids, the nerve fluid and the blood. He has the etheric double, the vital body whose time is now approaching. He has the astral body, that allows him to visit higher realms, if he is so attuned, and he has a mental body, which will one day re-link him to Spirit.

Unfortunately, even with these riches, man lacks the one thing needful: knowledge. Knowledge of how to properly utilize these gifts in the manner in which they were intended. It is like being stranded on a desert island with a canoe and oars right next to you on shore. Instead of taking up the oars and rowing to safety, you turn the canoe over and build a clubhouse. Or you rip the planks off the boat and use them as firewood, so that you can cheerfully roast up some marshmallows. Meanwhile, you seal your doom.

In a similar manner, man abuses his body until this magnificent instrumentarium has no choice but to become dis-eased and die. The Precious Gift is wasted. Again.

Learn to understand the purpose of the human body. Learn to understand the relationship between the seven main chakras and the ductless glands. Learn that your mental body, although in its infancy, is extremely powerful. Learn of the transformative power of the Light-radiations of the Gnosis. Learn that whatever you focus upon is what will come to you. Whatever you desire is what you will attract.

If what you desire is useless crap, then useless crap you shall receive. If you have crap in your life, it is because crap is what you requested. The sooner you learn the foregoing, the sooner you take responsibility for your incarnation.

If what you want is a link with the Gnosis and guidance on the Path of Return, then that is what you shall receive. The sooner you take steps to purify your thinking and your desires, you will attract Divine Attention. Strong, gentle hands will reach out to guide you on your way, lest you dash your foot against a stone.

To obtain the former, simple desire will do. To obtain the latter, you must yearn with all your heart.

All God's Children

The Hebrews claimed they were the Children of Israel, God's own "chosen people" (Deuteronomy 7:6). All races can make that claim, for they are all God's children. The Hebrews took the word "Israel" from the Egyptians. It is a compound of three Egyptian words: Is, Ra, and El. "IS" was an Egyptian symbol of God as Universal Mother. "RA" was a symbol of God as Universal Father; and "EL" was a symbol of God as Universal Son. The Egyptian words IS RA EL meant the three Universal Principles of God -- Father, Mother, Son -- the Trinity.

A mystery ceases to be such when explained. To understand what we read, we must understand the basic meaning of the words we read.

This deception has been used to effectively segregate a portion of humanity from their brothers. It has inspired world wars and resulted in the creation of a nation-state that remains at the center of unrest in the Middle East and around the world.

If there's one thing everyone needs to learn, understand and apply:

There is no such thing as death. The Universe, emanated from The Living All, is a living Universe. No part of it can "die".

Man's mis-education has taught him to fear death, to consider the dissolution of the physical body as the definitive "end of life". This is so far from being true that it would be laughable if it weren't so tragic. Death, so-called, is simply a transition from one state-of-consciousness to another. It is like being in a room, opening a door into another room and closing that door behind you. You still exist, both rooms still exist, only you are no longer present in one of the rooms.

If man realized that death is not "the end", perhaps he would live life differently. If he knew that he was destined to return to earth-life again due to the causes he puts into motion during the current life, perhaps he would be more careful with his Thinking, Feeling and Willing in the current life. Perhaps he would live life consciously and intelligently, instead of blindly crashing through it like a bull in a china shop. Perhaps, instead of chasing ephemeral things like money, sex, power and possessions, he would take the time to stop and contemplate the meaning of his existence and in so doing, find the purpose behind our existence, the One Goal of Humanity.

There is no death. This has to be understood and accepted by man. If not, everything else in his Seeking will make no sense at all. What we call "life" here on earth is but the temporary extension of a personality into physical matter; a dip in the pool, so to speak. Symbolically speaking, we take a dip, splash around, learn new swimming strokes, or learn nothing and perhaps even drown.

Each life lived is like another pearl added to a string of pearls. Each incarnation, like another page in a very large book. This must become clear not just in the mind of the Seeker, but in the minds of all men.

There is no death. There is only change.

To Find The Light

Question: What is the aim of our experience in the Darkness?

 

Answer: “The aim is to find the Light during such an odyssey, and with the aid of the Light one has found, to overcome evil and restore the Original state.

All the Mysteries culminate in this. As soon as the human-being becomes aware of this, his line of development turns upward again and returns to Its Origin. But with what an immeasurable difference!

The Holy Aim

Karma: Nothing Personal, Just Business

A man commits a murder, killing an innocent young girl in an unspeakable manner. He is apprehended, brought to trial, convicted, sentenced to life in prison or death at the hands of the state. Although he has paid his debt to society, a larger Unpaid Debt remains outstanding.

The man dies, and transitions to the reflection-sphere. Depending on how much the microcosmic personality learned during the just-completed earth-life, he will re-incarnate as either a monster destined to kill again, or as one who has learned the folly of murder and will care for life while in the physical.

Life follows life. The microcosm generates successive personalities of a more refined nature. The killer of thousands of years ago no longer exists, the desire to harm others has been erased from the microcosm.

At some point, the microcosm generates a personality of great beauty. A little girl, innocent and pure. When the little girl is ten years old, she is murdered in an unspeakable manner. The horror is imprinted upon the microcosm.

The Unpaid Debt has been repaid.

From the outside, we see a tragedy of tremendous proportions. If we could see from the Inside, we would recognize the workings of a Great Law. All imbalances must be balanced. All wrongs must be righted. No matter how long it may take.

Be mindful of the Causes that you set in motion during this life, for the Effects shall surely be reaped in some future life.

What's The Difference?

Take a look at the above two skeletons and try to answer the following questions:

1. Which skeleton belongs to a so-called "black" person? Which skeleton belongs to a so-called "white" person? Feel free to insert any ethnicity or tribal designation into the foregoing and ask the same question.

2. Which skeleton belongs to a wealthy person of great prestige and so-called "power"? Which skeleton belongs to a poverty-stricken, low-class, so-called "bum"?

3. Which skeleton belongs to a male? Which to a female?

4. Which skeleton belongs to an "American"? Which to a "Russian", "European", "Asian" or "Pacific Islander"?

How did we do? Did anyone go 4-for-4 with the correct answers?

So, what's the difference? Answer: there is no difference. The only "differences" that exists between one human-being and another are the differences that man constructs in his feeble and self-focused thinking. Here's the way the majority of humanity looks at the world:

"That person doesn't look like me, is darker / lighter than me, doesn't dress like me, doesn't live where I live, doesn't have what I have, doesn't think the way I do, has ancestors who hated my ancestors, etc., etc. Therefore that person is 'different' from me. And that which is 'different' from me is my opposite, my adversary, my enemy."

What ridiculous nonsense.

That which differentiates one personality from another cannot be seen by the naked eye. Although our microcosms originated from the same Source far back in the annals of what we know as "time", each microcosm has accumulated myriads of different experiences during countless instances of physical incarnations. During this span, some microcosms have advanced on the Path that leads to ultimate Liberation from the cosmic physical plane, others have stagnated or regressed. These conditions are what are responsible for that which man could possibly want to call "differences".

Even this cannot completely be the case, as the least-developed soul is essentially not so different from the highest-developed initiate. They are "the same in nature, but different in degree". Two extremes of the same pole. The initiate was once an undeveloped soul, and therefore shares that experience. The undeveloped soul is striving to become an initiate, and therefore shares that aspiration.

Your mass media is hugely responsible for how humanity looks at the world and each other. There are billions of stories occurring each day across the globe, but the mainstream news editors, publishers and broadcasters are interested only in showing you the worst sort of news, the kind that succeeds in maintaining artificial divides and separating humanity from one another. This is why certain groups, say Group "A" are disproportionately featured on the front pages, doing bad things; the purpose is to reinforce the idea in the minds of other groups, say Group "B", that members of Group "A" are animals, and the cause of all the crime in the world. In the meantime, members of Group "B" are also committing the most heinous crimes imaginable, but receiving little media attention unless the crime is so ridiculously outrageous that it cannot be ignored. Such matters are stage-managed by the handful of human lackeys who control almost everything that you see and hear in this world.

In this way, the thinking of the masses is shaped and refined. The public falls victim to a certain type of mind-control, one based upon humanity's self-focus, coupled with an erroneous assumption that the mainstream media does not lie or manipulate, and always tells the public the truth.

Make it a point to maintain control of your thinking. Observe the world from the basis of the living soul-state, not as a nature-born human-being. Recognize that the world is under the spell of a massive programming and deception, and strive to disengage yourself from it. Always remain neutral, objective, unattached to any outcome. If you fail to do these things, you risk being swept up in the maelstrom of public opinion and mass hypnosis that envelops the world today, thus impeding your ability to respond to the radiations of the Gnosis.

In the end, there is no difference between one person and another, one group or another. We are all prisoners of the aeons of this nature. We are all astral food sources for the "prince of this world". The sooner that this is recognized by the candidate, the sooner the next step on the Path can be taken.

Lesser Harvest, Greater Harvest

"There is going to be a Harvest, as you might call it, a Harvest of Souls that will shortly occur upon your planet. We are attempting to extract the greatest possible harvest from this planet. This is our mission, for we are the Harvesters"

Earth and mankind have reached the end of a major world-cycle. At a certain point in time, when a critical mass of Seeking humanity has been obtained, something tremendous will happen.

For a brief period of time, the dimensions will merge. The veils that separate physical, etheric, astral and mental planes will come down for a short while. Like a game of cosmic "musical chairs",  when the "music" stops, this temporary condition will enable all who have sufficiently raised their soul-vibration above a certain level to advance to a higher state of consciousness, allowing them to experience in the plane of existence that corresponds to their rate of vibration.

Each will have their own result. Some will advance to the etheric sub-plane, others to the astral sub-plane. Another group will escape the Cosmic Physical plane completely. Those who do not raise their soul-vibration to a sufficient frequency will have to incarnate on another Earth-like planet in the distant future, where they will begin their evolution all over again without any memories of their former lives.

The following description of the Harvest is taken from Servers of the Divine Plan:

So we may now recognize that, with regard to today's cyclic spiritual opportunity, there are three distinct groups:

(1) Those who, having failed to learn the lessons of the physical plane over many lifetimes, will be forced to leave the Earth in order to later incarnate on another physical world so that they may begin again to learn by way of the unique experiences and opportunities that are available only in the third density.

(2) Those who have learned sufficiently from and passed the tests of the physical-plane school and who will have therefore earned their promotion to the fourth- or fifth-density classroom of life where they shall proceed with their higher learning. However, it should be understood that such a graduation does not mean Liberation or Enlightenment, and the promoted soul will at some stage in the future be compelled by karmic law to return, via reincarnation, to the physical plane in order to once again attempt to achieve the one Goal of every unenlightened human being: transfiguration, or ultimate liberation from matter (including the more subtle matter of the 4th and 5th densities). Therefore, the graduation to the 4th or 5th densities is actually a temporary promotion into more rarefied spheres of existence and experience, and so may be termed 'the lesser harvest'.

(3) Those who have discovered and gone the Path of Return and who are, therefore, able to be lifted up into the sixth cosmic sphere - the Body of Christ - and so who will attain the Final Liberation from all the lower worlds of fallen nature by being harvested back into the divine Kingdom. This is the true Harvest and has been the prime focus of all Avatars throughout human history.

What is described in item (3) is called 'the greater harvest'.

It has been asked, what happens to those who "live nobly" but do not find the Path before the curtain falls? These will experience the Lesser Harvest. The etheric body will be their lowest physical vehicle. As noted above, the personality will have to undergo the incarnation process at some point. This because the process of transfiguration must begin in a physical body. The life-span of the personality will increase. All will have opportunities once again to discover the Path of the True Way.

Those who obtain Final Liberation by walking the Path of Return while in the physical body will take part in the Greater Harvest. Their microcosms will transfigure, along with their in-dwelling personalities. These personalities, the last to be subject to the reincarnation process, will not move on to the etheric, astral or mental planes of the Cosmic Physical Plane, the Seventh Cosmic Domain. Instead, with a giant leap they will return to the Divine Kingdom, the Sixth Cosmic Domain, the Cosmic Astral Plane. There will be no mandatory requirement to incarnate into the Cosmic Physical ever again, unless by a voluntary choice to serve the advancement of humanity in some fashion.

This is what lies ahead for mankind. Thankfully, there is still time left to choose your destiny.

The Wheel and The Path

School's in.

Above is a diagram that illustrates the gnostic Path of Transfiguration. The diagram is the same as that which describes the Hindu concept of Moksha, only it has more detail. It pictorially outlines every step in the cycle of Life-Death-and-Rebirth and also shows the alternate path, the Path of Return, the Path of the True Way, the Path of Liberation from the Wheel of Death-and-Rebirth.

Man is the only creature that is twofold: he is both mortal and immortal. Mortal as to the temporary personality and its etheric, astral and mental vehicles. Immortal as to the microcosm, which persists for Eternity.

The above diagram describes the ages-long journey of the microcosm, as it creates one personality after another, living, dying, living, dying, in a fruitlessly slow process of development. At the top-of-page is depicted the Kingdom of God, the Divine Kingdom, the Sixth Cosmic Domain. It is referred to as the "Static Universe" because there are no pairs-of-opposites in this Realm, no duality. Love is the rule, not the exception. Here we speak not of conditional human love, which is but a poor imitation, but of the Divine Love that encompasses and permeates The All.

Below this area is shown the Material Universe: duality, or dialectics. Here is where our microcosms fell, long ages ago. The Wheel of Death and Rebirth holds sway here, and is depicted as two halves of the same circle - the reflection-sphere (the so-called 'heaven' worlds) and the physical plane (what man calls 'reality', which, by the way, is incorrect).

To read this diagram, we start at the extreme right-hand side of the Wheel, just below the words "The Veil Between Life and Death". A man and a woman are depicted there. This portion of the Wheel represents physical birth. Here is where an emptied microcosm begins the process of collecting the soul-vehicles that will be required to build a new personality. In addition to the physical body, at intervals of seven-years-per-vehicle, the etheric body is built, then the astral body, and finally, the mental body. By the age of 21 all soul-vehicles are accounted for and the personality is considered an adult. Maturity of the mental body, the last vehicle built, does not occur until the age of 28.

As can be seen on the diagram, once all four vehicles have been constructed, an interesting thing happens: there is a fork or a splitting of the path of the microcosm with its personality. The personality can either continue on the road of least resistance, remain on the Wheel and once again meet physical death, where its vehicles will dissolve one by one until the microcosm is emptied once more, or it can take the divergent path, the Path of Return, the Path that leads the microcosm back to the Divine Kingdom.

This is the secret that was taught in all ancient Mystery Schools. The doctrine of Liberation. It is being revealed to mankind now because we are in the time of Harvest. During this special period of Grace, veils will be lowered, dimensions will temporarily merge, so as to allow all those who are walking the Path of the True Way to take a giant leap into Eternity.

Keep the diagram. Study it. It is the Key to the Mystery of Eternal Life.

Moksha

Mokhsa, also called vimoksha, vimukti and mukti, is a term in Hinduism and Hindu philosophy which refers to various forms of emancipation, liberation, and release ... it refers to freedom from saṃsāra, the cycle of death and rebirth.

A simple diagram illustrating a powerful doctrine. Around and around we go, turn after turn on The Wheel until finally, in one life, the right personality finds the Path that leads to the way out.

The Pendulum

It is understood that we are experiencing in a duality, a dialectical universe. Simply put, this means that everything  in the Physical Universe has its polar opposite. Opposites are related to one another, as they represent two extremes of the same attribute. For example, hot and cold are two extremes. In-between them are an infinite range of temperatures.  Both are parts of the same attribute: temperature.

If you apply this reasoning to any of the pairs of opposites that exist in this world, you will see the pattern, and the following principle will become clear.

IV. The Principle of Polarity

"Everything is Dual; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; Like and Unlike are the Same; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree; extremes meet; all truths are but half-truths; all paradoxes may be reconciled."

Now we move to the principle that man has not understood at all, which has resulted in our accumulating a heavy burden of karma and binding ourselves ever more tightly to this world, life after life after life.

V. The Principle of Rhythm

"Everything flows, out and in. Everything has its tides; all things rise and fall; the pendulum-swing manifests in everything; the measure of the swing to the right is the measure of the swing to the left; rhythm compensates."

The measure of the swing to the right is the measure of the swing to the left. Although living in a duality, Original Man did not violate the above principle. Original Man remained objectively neutral and did not endeavor to take sides or bind Himself to the things of the world. But once a portion of the Original Human-Beings "fell in love with their reflection", they set the Pendulum of Duality in motion and it has not yet stopped swinging.

This Pendulum represents the working of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. The knowledge of Good and the knowledge of Evil. Understanding is required here.

"Good" and "Evil" are opposites. Therefore they are identical in nature, but different in degree. One cannot exist without the other. In this way, not only Good and Evil but all opposites maintain one another. If something happens to swing the pendulum towards the Good, it is inevitable, it is Law, that the Pendulum must swing back towards Evil in the same measure: the measure of the swing to the right is the measure of the swing to the left.

How does the working of these laws manifest in the world, to mankind's detriment? Let's take humanism, or humanitarianism. The desire of a segment of humanity to help others less fortunate with food, shelter, money, etc., although outwardly admirable, actually serves only to trigger a "swing to the left", fostering more war, more famine, more destitution, more inhumanity to man. It is the Law, it has to be so within a duality. The problem is that humanity does not recognize this Law and fights blindly against it. Humanity sees more war, so they re-double their humanitarian efforts. More war results. So the humanitarians work even harder. More wars ensue, and so on. You get the picture.

This begs the question: how do we stop the motion of this Pendulum? How do we still this deadly movement that has kept humanity chained to this sphere for vast eons of time?

Neutrality. Objectivity. Be neither for nor against anything. Remain detached. Do not lose compassion for the suffering of your fellow-man, but recognize the workings of the Law and resolve to transcend and rise above it. To be neutral does not mean to "not care". It means just what it says: remain neutral. Do not take sides in anything that goes on in this world. Simply observe with understanding.

What has just been written may be hard for some to accept or follow. This is to be expected. It goes against everything we've been "taught" about how life on this planet works. But when one's eyes are being opened after a long period of darkness, the brightness of the light can sometimes hurt the eyes.

The Pendulum, one of the roots of man's suffering, must be brought to a rest. If not within the whole of humanity, then at least within ourselves.

Has The New Soul Been Born In You?

"The Divine Birth cannot be forced. You can only create the conditions for this Birth to take place. How do you know if the New Soul is born in you?

The famous mystic Meister Eckhart wrote about this:

'Now you turn your face entirely to this Birth. Yes, you will encounter this birth in everything you see and hear, whatever it is. You are like someone who looks for quite a while at the Sun, and afterwards sees the image of the Sun in whatever he looks at.

As long as you do not seek and perceive God in everything, this Birth has not yet occurred in you'"

Rollover 2016

It's New Year's Eve 2016. So, what does that mean?

That means that today is the day before tomorrow.

There is no new beginning here, just a continuation of what is, a rollover.

January is not even the first month of the year. That designation goes to March.

January 1st is also not the first day of the "new" year. That designation goes to March 20th or 21st, or whatever happens to be the date of the spring equinox.

The above can be supported by the names of the months themselves:

September = 7th month - 'Sept' means seven.
October = 8th month - 'Oct' means eight
November = 9th month - 'Nov' means nine
December = 10th month - 'Dec' means ten

February is actually the 12th and final month of the year, which is why every fourth or "leap" year, a day has to be added to the month of  February to make up for the 1/4 days of the previous three years.

Everyone alive in the 1st century knew this to be true. Not sure of the reason why Julius Caesar mandated this radical change in the natural calendar, but the smell of shenanigans is in the air.

With that in mind, Happy January 1st, the start of the 11th month of the year.

The Dormant Principle

"Several wisdom teachings speak about an immortal Divine Principle lying dormant in every human-being that is just waiting to wake up and be active. Based on that awakened and active Divine Principle, the human-being can become a bridge between Time and Eternity.

What matters is not that we will enter Eternity, but that the Eternal Being within us may be vivified. That is the core of all Gnostic teachings and also of esoteric Christianity: the human-being is twofold, both mortal and immortal"

The mortal part is the physical body and the mortal soul, composed of the etheric, astral and mental vehicles, all of which disintegrate over time after physical death, so-called.

The Immortal part is the microcosm itself. The microcosm is the container for all of the temporary, successive mortal personalities. It persists throughout eternity.

The Divine Principle is the Spirit-Spark Atom or Divine Spark, positioned in the mathematical center of the microcosm, a location which corresponds to the right ventricle of the physical heart of the human-being.

This Divine Principle is dormant in the majority of human-beings who possess it, but can be awakened when a microcosm, after a long experience of futility and sorrow, repeatedly failing to generate a human personality that will seek and find the Key to Immortality, finally succeeds in generating a human personality that will choose to renounce the world and all the matter therein. Such a human-being will then cease to expect or desire anything of this world, and will set his or her yearning for that which is not-of-this-world. As the entity sets a focus upon that which is not-of-this-world, That Which Is Not-Of-This-World will step forward to touch the Spark. A Child of God will be re-born.

As a result of this Light-birth, a New Soul will be constructed to replace the old, mortal soul. A new, purified etheric body will also be constructed from pure, Divine ethers. The new Soul-Body combination will be of such purity that Spirit will finally be able to make use of it. The Divine Tri-Unity will be re-established within a glorified microcosm. Spirit-Soul-Body will once again form a Divine bridge between Eternity and Time.

No 'Empty' Space

Indeed, there is no empty space! The majority of earthly mankind has simply not yet developed or activated the sense organs required to directly observe the activity of higher planes of physical existence taking place all around us. A few who have developed such abilities in past lives manage to bring them into their current incarnations (i.e., clairvoyance, clairaudience, telepathy, etc.). With these 'gifts' they are able to 'see' into the Invisible Worlds and relay their findings to humanity. Madame Blavatsky and many of the Theosophists used their gifts in this manner.

Even so, those gifts only allow man to see the Invisible Worlds that exist on the physical plane, the 7th Cosmic Domain. Very few have the ability to connect with and experience in the 6th Cosmic Domain, the Divine Astral, the realm once-removed from our 7th. By the grace of the Logos, the human-being does possess the sense organs necessary to experience in that Divine Realm, but those sense organs are in a state of latency. They must be awakened by a process. That is the aim of the Gnosis, and that is the Knowledge that pure gnostics of all times have been endeavoring to impart to humanity (those who were/are ready) for long ages of time.

We have now reached a point in space/time where the largest percentage of human souls are at a state bordering upon readiness to take a leap in evolution. Some entities will graduate to experience in the higher realms of the Cosmic Physical (Lesser Harvest), others will succeed in obtaining Liberation, crossing the Divide into the 6th Cosmic Domain, the Divine Realms (Greater Harvest). What Glory awaits an awakened humanity!

As for the written word, it is true that it can be a bit clumsy when used as a tool to communicate grand ideas. However, it is the only mass communication tool that humanity has at this time, so we must work with what we have. In times long past, in the aftermath of the most recent Cleansing of the Earth, mankind communicated via telepathy. The ley lines of the earth were also used to transmit information over great distances. As humanity again began to fall in consciousness, the medium of communication devolved into pictograms (Mayan), then hieroglyphs (Egyptian), then cuneiform (Sumerian), then Sanskrit (Hindu), and was finally alphabetized by the Phoenicians and the Hebrew. The latter developments broke down the written word into its smallest components, atomized it, as it were. However, those who study language and numerology will tell you that all letters contain and convey a meaning. Unfortunately, those who can understand the inner workings of the written word are very few.

Even so, the written word retains usefulness, as it is an extension of Thought. Of this there can be no question. What the writer thinks is transmitted to paper, or parchment, or keyboard, or whatever. Thought itself is a connection with a particular vibration, or energy. If one's thinking is keenly focused upon automobiles, it is possible for that one can form a link with all of the knowledge of automobiles that ever existed. From this reservoir of "car knowledge", the writer can, if sensitive enough, obtain impressions that can be brought down to earth via Thought and then converted into the written word.

The same goes for matters metaphysical, and by extension, matters of the Gnosis. The knowledge of all the gnostic thinkers and teachers of all time still exists "in the aethers", as they say. One has but to form and maintain a link with that Knowledge in order to be able to receive their impressions. This is the key to gnostic understanding. It is also the key to genius in all areas, as some human-beings are born with the ability to form and maintain such links (i.e., Tesla, Einstein, Yogananda, etc.). Tesla told anyone who would listen that he possessed this faculty. They dismissed him as just a 'mad' scientist.

Yes, the written word has its drawbacks. But we must muddle on, despite its limitations. As it is written, it is the duty of those who wish to serve to:

"Start where you are, Use what you have, Do what you can".

A Child Is Born

"Though Christ a thousand times in Bethlehem be born, yet not be born within your heart, thy Soul will remain forlorn"

The story of the birth of the Christ in a feed trough in Bethlehem is an allegory. It symbolizes that which results when the Divine Spark in a Seeker's microcosm is touched by the radiations of the gnostic Christ-power. At that point, a Christ "child" is born. Note the term used: Christ-child. What is a child? A child is the offspring of the union of something greater. A child contains the attributes of its creators but must be properly cared for and properly raised in order to ensure that the desired attributes successfully ripen and mature

In the case of the Christ-birth of the Seeker, a connection with the Divine Kingdom has been established, but it is a very tenuous one. That connection must now be nourished and strengthened.

Not long after the birth of the Christ-child, Herod sends his soldiers on a seek-and-destroy mission, with orders to find and kill this "newborn King". This story symbolizes what happens with the candidate after the awakening of the Divine Spark. The aeons of this nature will double their attacks against the candidate, working overtime to try and snuff out the fledgling Light.

To avoid assassination, the Christ-child is taken away to Egypt, where He is hidden until the threat has passed.

We, too, must protect the newborn Flame that has been lit in our hearts. The burning ember of our sleeping Divine Spark has been stirred to life and must not be allowed to be extinguished again. The majestic powers contained within the Spirit-Spark Atom will inevitably unfold with the nurturing help of the candidate, if he or she perseveres.

The Birth of the Christ-child is but the start. This Light-Birth is the beginning of a long and difficult journey that is destined to end in glory on Calvary.
